We will venture through your experiences; what has worked, what might have worked better. You will discover your strengths, talents and abilities to succeed.

My goal is to support your endeavors, enhance your decision-making skills, coping mechanisms and sense of self. I have worked as a psychotherapist in schools, clinics and private practice for over 25 years. Together, we will work on the issues unique to you and find a way to improve your daily life.
